Is the top negative common defect being solved?

The answer is of course! As tomtoc team aims to provide the best experience for all Switch players, we see every negative comment as our forward momentum so we collect comments regularly to discover potential problems, classify them, summarize them and finally, resolve them. Over 2 years being polished and upgraded since 2018, more than 4 versions of the iterative product have been released so far, and still kept improving.

To answer this question further, yes we have corrected the position of the stick holes and adjusted the height to ensure the Switch can be placed horizontally perfectly into the case while giving the sticks a ten out of ten protection from being pressed or malfunctioned.
